A contained creature horror movie set in rural Ontario, following a drifting 80s rock singer as a supernatural outbreak erupts around her.
Practical effects, stripped-down locations, and a gritty, guitar-driven 80s rock tone.
Built as a micro-budget feature with a scalable in-house production and post-production workflow model.

The Velvet Hour
Set in a Canadian border town during the height of Prohibition, The Velvet Hour unfolds inside a seductive, smoke-filled nightclub where music, money, and power collide.
By night, the club is alive with sound—jazz, sweat, and desire. By morning, it becomes the quiet center of a cross-border empire, moving illegal liquor across the St Clair River into the United States.
At the heart of it all is a rising singer with a magnetic presence and a past she can’t outrun. As she climbs from performer to power player, she’s pulled into a dangerous world of smugglers, politicians, and criminals—each using the club as a stage for their own ambitions.
In this room, deals are made in whispers, loyalties shift with the music, and every performance hides a deeper truth.
